GROUND LEVEL SEATING

Ground Level Suites can be purchased as a whole in advance by emailing [email protected] or calling 403-580-5811. 48 hours prior to game day, unpurchased suites will be released to the public for individual seat purchase.

RAINOUT POLICY

• If the game is rescheduled to another date, (ie. If less than 5 innings of a game are played, 4 1/2 if Mavs are ahead) your paid ticket serves as a “rain cheque” and will  be valid for the re-scheduled game.
• If the game is cancelled, we will apply a credit to your account for a different future regular season game.
• If more than 4 1/2 Innings of a game are played and the game is postponed or becomes official, rain check policies do not apply.

How do Flex Plans work?

Purchasing Flex Plan tickets will give you the option to choose the games that you would like to attend, along with the seats that you would you choose. Flex Plan holders will be able to use our ticket portal to choose games for the season. Seat and game selection will be done on a first come, first served basis. Flex Plan holders will be able to choose their seats before Game Day tickets go on sale. Flex Plans work like this: Purchase a 10 or 28 game Flex Plan and receive credits.  These credits can be used for any regular season games and also to purchase multiple tickets for individual games if you choose.  A receipt is issued upon purchase and your account will have a balance you can use to buy future tickets.
